Liberty County requires notification of plans  to build, add to or alter buildings. Click below for the fillable form.

BOARD OF HEALTH

The Liberty County Board of Health meets quarterly.  Audio recordings of meetings can be found on the Liberty County Commissioner's page.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS

The form below is for anyone who is building a new house or structure that will have an onsite wastewater disposal (aka septic) system. The form is also for any property owner that needs to replace parts of the septic system (i.e. new tank, or new leachfield). Liberty County follows Montana DEQ Circular 4.
